Over the next 18 months this project effort will reach out to the Downtown stakeholders and users to define and analyze parking issues in both the private and public sector. The project team will work with the stakeholders to develop and analyze policy alternatives in managing parking Downtown. This will lead to the adoption of a policy framework, key initial ordinances, and the implementation of new parking programs and projects tailored to the needs of specific areas and users groups within the greater Downtown area.
