Successful financing and implementation of a toll project marks the beginning of our relationship with operating agencies. Our role is defined in bond indentures and other documentation related to structure development, and our services typically include annual revenue forecasts, annual report preparation, and Traffic Engineer Certifications. Recently it has also evolved into assisting toll facilities in innovative traffic management techniques as these facilities reach full saturation levels.
