Dear Third Party Recruiter: Thank you for your interest in Wilbur Smith Associates. Wilbur Smith Associates employs a staff of internal recruiters to assist with our staffing and recruiting needs. Occasionally, there may be situations where the use of a search firm is necessary and effective. Generally, this only occurs with positions that prove difficult to fill. Due to the large number of solicitations we receive from search firms, WSA has established a single point of contact for our external recruiting needs. The Firm uses a web-based service called RecruitAlliance to manage the recruitment process for all positions for which we have determined the need for external assistance. RecruitAlliance is the only method Wilbur Smith Associates will use for contacting and accepting referrals from search firms. Regardless of past practice, any resume submitted by a search firm to any employee of Wilbur Smith Associates by any method, other than RecruitAlliance, will be considered the property of Wilbur Smith Associates, and Wilbur Smith Associates will not be held liable for payment of a placement fee should the candidate be hired as a result of the referral.
