Our Family Helping Families program is one way Wilbur Smith Associates gives back to the communities we call home. Each participating office around the world leverages the company's contribution through a variety of fundraising activities. Company funds are used to host an event, and employees and guests make a donation of their choice with 100 percent of the donations designated for a local charity. All offices participate on the same scheduled weeks throughout the year, and results are assembled and shared throughout the firm. For our employees, this program provides a real sense of empowerment. Committees in each office make every decision for their local program. Our Family Helping Families is our way of strengthening our communities around the world, and the Wilbur Smith Associates family is stronger because of it.
