Associates (WSA) will conduct three (3) project meetings with the Technical
Advisory Committee. It is anticipated that the Technical Advisory Committee
will include representatives from the following agencies or organizations: City of Georgetown, Texas Department of Transportation
(TxDOT), CARTS, Georgetown Independent School District, Railroad Companies, Williamson County, and other key stakeholders
selected by the City. WSA will conduct a project kick-off work session with
the Technical Advisory Committee after receiving notice-to-proceed, as well
as two committee meetings at key milestones during the project. The kick-off
work session will provide a basis for establishing appropriate goals and
objectives for the project, clarify the limits and area of study, and
identify and define problems and issues affecting transportation in the
region.

WSA will conduct
three (3) project meetings with the Stakeholders. It is anticipated that the
Stakeholders will include representatives from the GTEC Board and various
City of Georgetown stakeholders, as decided by the City of Georgetown. All meetings will occur on the
same day as the TAC meetings to reduce travel costs and will discuss similar
issues as the TAC meetings. Stakeholders will also be requested to attend
both public meetings and take an active role in facilitating the public
meetings.
